The Electrolux vacuum cleaner is an environmentally friendly low powered (800 watt) vacuum cleaner. It features all you might expect from a quality vacuum cleaner such as cyclonic action; edge-to-edge cleaning; floor-type selector, long flexi-hose and on-board tool storage. Included in the box are a crevice nozzle, spare belt, and an extra dust cup foam filter.
The aforementioned flexi-hose can extend to something like three metres.
Its 7 metre cable removes the, some how irritating, need to continually change plug sockets. All the tools on this machine snap back after use.
The Z2954A has a HEPA filtration system, using a state of the art filtration cartridge preventing fine dust particles being re-introduced back into the environment, employing a system of interception, impaction & diffusion.A plus for allergy sufferers.
The filters are easy to take out of the cleaner and wash. The recommendation is that this be done every six months.
The Electrolux EnviroVac Upright saves money by using less energy than other cleaners. The cleaner’s efficiency is due to its super-efficient 800W motor which has an equal level of suction to that of an 1800w model. Thus enabling the vacuum to use 50% less energy. This means that the cleaner picks up 20% more dust using 30% less energy than similar models.
This vacuum really does ‘beat, as it sweeps, as it cleans’, I thought my carpets were ’squeaky’ clean, not so, I honestly am astounded at how much more dust the EnviroVac Z2954A found, really remarkable.
It looks good,is easy to use, and does a very effective job, including saving the environment.
Just one small thing you will need a screwdriver, as there are two smallish phillips screws. included, that fit the neck to the body. Happy vacuuming!!

Great combination flexibility thai is Bissell vacuum cleaner. What a simple, yet great idea. It’s a bit on the heavy side if you have to heave it around. Nontheless in the upright position it is surprisingly lightweight and very easy to use, especially once the rotating brush is placed into action. The detachable upright cylinder (I stress “upright” since it only works in this position) is easy to carry, great for getting the kids to help vacuum clean. Only gripe is the small dirt container (maybe it just cleans too well for it’s own good), but having said that it’s a doddle to clean.

Miele upright is excellent product worth the wait It glides over the carpet. Very easy to use has a nice long hose will reach from bottom to top of stairs. Comes with tools for stairs and curtians etc. There is just one let down, it is a very heavy hoover. However it is very powerful. Well done MIELE, worth the wait but they need to manufacture a bagless cleaner

If you want an upright cleaner this Sebo vacuum that is good at picking up pet hairs from carpets there doesn’t seem to be much choice. Even Which? is very sniffy about them. In fact, this is a fantastic cleaner. I assembled it in minutes and took it for a test drive. Carpets that had been cleaned only the day before yielded a quarter of a dustbag! Oh shame!
I have dogs and horses and, although the horses aren’t allowed in the house (!), their hairs come in on my clothes. This cleaner had no difficulty shifting long and short pet hairs off the carpets. Even loose threads which I normally have to bend down and pick up by hand were no problem. It is quite heavy (18lbs, 8.2kg) which made it awkward to carry up the stairs. However, in use, it feels like it has power assisted steering! I am quite tall and often find my back aches after vacuuming. Not today. I even quite enjoyed the job!
The build quality feels good. Obviously I can’t comment on the durability or reliability yet.
I have used Dyson and Miele cylinder cleaners in the past. In my opinion this beats them both hands down. It would have been nice to have a floor brush as standard for hard floor but one is available as an optional extra.

Maxi Cosi Car Seat
I bought this Maxi Cosi car seat for baby last month as it had the highest recommendation from our my friend.
It has worked very well - it’s easy to fit with the base(purchased separately) and my baby seems very comfortable in it. It comes with an integral sunchade and the covers are removable for washing.
I’m very happy with the Maxi cosi car seat that I bought. It’s a very good car seat. Everything perfect with the delivery.
